Six of us embarked on this ship looking for a step up from all the other cruise lines.we found it the service was superb and with our group constantly looking for upscale dining we found it. If we had one complaint it was the night we were dining in the Pinacle Grill. two of us had to twice return the Filet Mignon as they had difficulty preparing a steak medium. and it did take the manager a half hour to come to the table to find the problem.we were able to put that incident on one side and reall enjoyed the trip. we would place Hollan American up there with Crystal.
