Our first time cruse started out great with early boarding and a very relaxed ambience. Right away though the Spa crew started with there sales pitch, then the Diamond guy "Ritchie" and then the Art guy took a swing with supposedly severly discounted prices. Getting through that, we really enjoyed the ships look and layout. The crew was very friendly and attentive. The food was wonderfull. We definately would go on the Zuiderdam again now that we know what to expect.

Pros: The service was great. The food was superb and the ship had a nice style to it.

Cons: All the sales pitches for overpriced diamonds and art.
