Overall a great trip. Would pay attention to the details if booking on Holland America in the future -especially around beverage packages. Crew and staff for HA are top notch and wonderful!

Overall this was a great vacation. Got to spend time with my parents and boyfriend and really enjoyed the view as well as the area we visited. Disappointed that shore excursions were cancelled and could not re-book. I understand weather related cancellations but that was only 1 of the 3. The excursions we did take were great! and all of the locals and cruise staff were friendly and personable.

Overall great. Again, nice touch having staff say thank you for travelling before leaving terminal. Easiest disembark . Amazing. Holland America did a wonderful job.

The cruise was wonderful even though I had to go to an inside cabin on the Main deck. Fantastic entertainment and service.

Worst ever. Smallest ocean view ever. No real view

Wonderful trip with a mediocre ending. It appears that the cruise lines know this trip was set too early in the season but didn't care.

This was a very nice, exciting cruise of an area of the world which we had never seen.

I've said it. Great itinerary. Old, boring ship with very little interesting to do on board. But if you are 80 or above, it is probably your speed

It was truly a pleasure and unforgettable cruise! We hated to leave and would love/hope to do the Antarctic experience again. Only thing I do not recommend purchasing is the internet because it is expensive but substandard, literally gave me a headache due to very slow speed...not worth your time. I should've listened to previous reviews but was hoping it was different this time. We still absolutely loved and enjoyed our cruise and highly recommend it!

We will definitely recommend this cruise to others. We loved the ship and crew. We took wonderful EXC tours and will remember the Penguins on the Falkland Islands always.

Great tour and state. This was our third visit to Alaska. Scenery is breathtaking; citizens are very friendly and helpful. We hired non-Holland shore excursions with knowledgeable natives that took us off the routine tourist routes and gave us more insight of their lives and of Alaska.

The Zaandam is a beautiful smaller ship and everyone in the crew was always so friendly , courteous and helpful . The food was excellent.

Good trip and fun time but food was not up to expectation. Thank goodness for Pinnacle Grill, Pinnacle was great.

We have always wanted to visit Alaska and a cruise was the way to do it. We knew we wouldn't be doing this again so we wanted to make the most of it. Many of the cruises or cruise portions of the trips don't visit a lot ports, especially the ones up around Anchorage and Homer. That was really nice to be able to see all of the coastline and the different landscape of Alaska from Ketchikan all the way to Kodiak. We saw the glaciers around Tracy Arm Fjord and also Hubbard Glacier. Those were our favorite places we visited. We don't get around very well and figured a land portion would be more difficult for us. This was a great option to be able to see as much as we could in one trip. The weather we had was absolutely gorgeous! Only a couple rainy days during the entire trip, and we went in early August!

Enjoyed the champagne and gift card for my b-day from cheap cruise, it was the best birthday cruise yet!

ZAANDAM SHIP is very old and need complete renovations.

Our first trip on Holland and first trip to Alaska. Traveled with two elderly parents using walkers and two first-time cruisers. Everything handled/scheduled by went exceptionally well.

We needed vegetarian food, and there are a lot of menu choices to pick from. The staff remembers your choices, recommend you to pick a table number and book it ahead of time in the middle or by the waters so you get the same staff every day and you can manage your dinners better.

Enjoyed trip and ports of call. We have traveled to Alaska many times but our first cruise. Would recommend to anyone desiring to see various ports of call away from mainland. Crew and staff friendly and attentive as all we came into contact with were very customer oriented.
