We couldn't have asked for a better room steward, John Cuyos made our cruise so pleasant and our room was kept immaculate. All the special touches he went to were greatly appreciated from the bath mat laid out for us to the towel animals. Closing our drapes checking on us to make sure everything was going well and asking about our day plans. The wait staff at the evening dinning could have been faster and more attentive. Everyone we encountered that worked on the ship was pleasant and helpful.

The ship could be built to better handle the rough seas. Climate changes will bring more rough weather like we encountered on our cruise. It would be great if you felt less movement on the ship.

The cabin was perfect such a nice size more than i expected and the closets and bathroom were very spacious. The bed was comfortable providing a great night sleep. Our balcony was the perfect addition to the cruise. We never entered our cabin that it wasn't clean and neat even the balcony door was shinning bright.
