Large metal something slamming into ship, rough sailing, completely out of character for Royal. Whole experience disastrous. Choose Symphony, Mariner or another company, but not this ship!!

This ship actually had less.to do and at one point huge gaps where NOTHING was going on. Way too many kids events.

Worst shows of any cruise we've been on. Ice show was dumb compared to ice shows on other ships which were outstanding. There was an idiotic show called the effectors, which can only be described as a knock off power Rangers Saturday morning cartoon show that was as stupid as it gets. People walked out after a while. We actually stayed for the entire painful experience. Worst entertainment director of any ship we've experienced. One night he was dancing on a stage with a shirt that was way too short and his flabby gut was bouncing around. It was repulsive. Another show his pants were falling way below rear. He has a face for radio and definitely cannot sing. All cruise directors we've seen or dealt with from previous ships are usually nice in appearance and real showmen. This guy, not. Of you're expecting the usual Broadway type shows from other ships, this one is not it.

Most.of.the staff were very friendly as expected. Had to go to customer service 3 times because toilet would not work. After 3rd time they finally moved us. Inexcusable to have to deal with that kind of issue that they could not repair.
We found out after we were.off the ship, that there was a Disney Springs excursion we could have done, EXCEPT it wasn't on the app!! Just like everything else on this ship, it's a WONDER if anything works!
Ship didn't offer an excursion here so we booked our own. Blue Bubbles ATVs well worth it! The French bakery on the French side of the island is phenomenal.
Should have had opportunity to book excursion bit it wasn't listed. Only found.out about it when we saw the shuttle for it. They lost 4 of us whonwould have booked it!
That large metal something you heard slamming into ship was probably large waves hitting the ship. You mentioned seas were rough. On a sail to Hawaii in Jan ‘23 , we were in the theater watching a movie and I thought what heavy metal object keeps slamming into the walls? Something must’ve came loose. Hubby cleared it up and told me it was large waves crashing into the front and side of ship. Also rough seas. Who knew?! I excused myself to bed because I didn’t like hearing that repetitive banging once I knew what it was!
Everyone has a different cruise experience. I was on the Wonder and had a wonderful time. I was never bored from the time I walked on the ship until I walked off. Never heard any metal pounding. The only show I didn't like was the tap dance show. It was a little racist to me. But my overall experience was GREAT!! I'm sorry to read that you had a bad experience on such a beautiful ship.
