Embarkation was a smooth experience. We were on a continuous walk to the ship even with stopping at all the checkpoints!

The food and service was superior. All of the wait staff was friendly and accommodating. Even more so the hostess and maitre d’s were always helpful in sitting us for dining. There were night we arrived out of our scheduled time but they did their best to seat us as soon as possible.
Onboard Activities

At this age the spa and Solarium is a big thrill for me. lol

The shows were awesome. I can’t say enough about the great singers, divers, skaters , bands and comedians that entertained us. There was something different to see every night. I will say make any reservations for shows you want to see before you get on ship. Use the Royal web site and check again after you board.

Well I do understand why there is only two sets of elevators. So I will overlook the long walks because the ship has a beautiful open middle.

I would advise check the location of your cabin and choose what is more important according to if you want to be closer to dining or activities.
I did no excursion but it was a day at the beach if that’s what you are looking for. Food provided by the ship was great so you could stay off ship as long as you pleased.
I was surprised by how large the island is. This was one of my favorite stops. Just learning the history of the island was fascinating to me and the water….Omg the most beautiful Caribbean blues I have ever seen.
