I said everything above. I hear a lot of this is the new normal for cruising. I get it prices go up. Ok I ll meet the cruise line in the middle I will pay more if they do their part and give me a positive experience

Was with my children and fiancé in their late 20's they loved the rock climbing. Qe literally could not enjoy the slides water was way to low in the tubes

Such a let down. I could not get a Tom Collins in the main dining room. I gave up after the third try. My daughters were treated poorly by the bartenders If they couldn't make their first choice and didn't have a 2nd choice within seconds. Service to me was indifferent even though I'm on the drink package with tip included. I would still have $$ in my hands for types. Our porter we barely saw nice enough. Not one towel animal my wife loves that stuff my girls got some. We all paid alot of money to take this trip. I told my girls they will swarm you with kindness as every other cruise they have. Not even close.

I am a hotel general Manager don't expect a hotel room. Small but the layout makes sense the balcony is such a great touch

Sadly, to not take the trip. It breaks my heart I can't recommend this. We had a good time in spite of very lackluster service please don't say the standard cruising isn't for me. I worked really hard to take this vacation. I even sprang for a $2200 cabana on Coco cay to get good food not great examples very water logged shrimp you could buy at you local grocery. Way to short of a stay. Gone by 3! Our porter was shocked
Higher prices and poor service are common everywhere now, including Cruises. Lowered expectations and flexibility are the keys to enjoying cruising now. Continuing to compare anything to the way it was prior to Covid will only result in disappointment.
