Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Exceptional Wait Staff and Wine Steward. I recommend asking for Jude Villarosa as a wine steward on the Westerdam ship. He made this trip very enjoyable and is the siingle most reason we would consider the Westerdam again.

We had a veranda room and enjoyed our sea days sitting and watching the ocean go by.

Ports of call

Half Moon Cay, Bahamas (Private Island)

Excellent beaches and excursions. Next time I will try more like Parasailing.
Don't Miss: Parasailing

Willemstad, Curacao

We walked around and took a local tour. The Curacao Liquere is excellent and we brought some back. A little larger than Aruba and not as exciting.

Oranjestad, Aruba

We walked around and took a local tour. It is a beautiful island.
Don't Miss: Take the Tour of the Island either thru the ship or locally.

Pros: the staff and crew where tremendously friendly and helpful.

Cons: Bartenders need to learn how to mix drinks - Chocolate Martini, Gin Stone Sour.
