Stateroom attendant Jhoan was excellent. Waiter Ralph, assistant waiter Jude and Head waiter Adrian were very consistently went above and beyond to accommodate our large group. They were all kind, professional and an asset to the main dining room staff. All should be rewarded accordingly.

Cabin was always clean and attendant provided great service with a smile and kind words. Even though the hot water went out about midnight on one day, it was quickly corrected by mngmt and plumbing staff. Follow up contact was very much appreciated as well as the bottle of red wine for our inconvenience.
