Review summary

This is a great cruise for families! Lots to do! Our family of 23 (12 kids under 13yrs and 11 adults) had a blast! We loved entering all the contests. Watching my adult children working together on teams was a highlight for me. The kids loved the kids clubs. They even begged to go! It was also affordable. The food was just ok but considering the price of the cruise I guess that is expected. A few things were inappropriate for kids and not labeled that way ( our Broadway show and parts of the ice show) but I think that was just this particular cruise. Getting water to fill water bottles was difficult. We don't drink alcohol plus having all the kids, this was a real problem. The water from stateroom wasn't good and we only found 1 drinking fountain. We found the crew to be fabulous and very accommodating. We were even able to reserve a meeting room for a Sunday family church service. We came home with lots of medals and my son-in-law felt pretty famous after winning the belly flop contest and it running on everyones TV! Super Fun!!

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Food was mediocre. Did not go to specialty restaurants. The dinning room was beautiful and the service was awesome.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
We brought our family of 11 adults and 12 children 12 and under. We all had a blast doing the activities. The water slide was way to slow though and everyone got stuck. Also long lines for wave rider but the kids loved it. We also ice skated and did the rock wall. We wanted to do Lazer tag but it was always full. Family did basketball, volleyball, pool volleyball, soccer competitions and also participated in game shows, karaoke and music contest. We all went home pretty tired!

Entertainment

3 out of 5
The ice show was great but the theme made no sense for most adults and not at all for kids. The big Broadway show definitely not for kids. The comedian was great as was the singer.

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
All the kids loved the kids club. They begged to go their with their cousins.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Everyone was kind and accommodating.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Looks terrific. Long long waits for elevators. Lots of walking and going up and down to get to staterooms because of ship layout.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
We had ocean view and it was a large window. It fit our needs.

Ship tip

Unless you buy bottled water on board there is not water freely accessible during the day. We found one water fountain.

Ports of call

Cozumel, Mexico

We did an excursion on our own that turned out excellent! The water their was so clear and warm.

Disembarkation

Quick but a little confusing
