This cruise was great π though all of us who were doing back to back cruises π³ had to get tested for Covid on the ship because we were going back to Canada π¨π¦. As I understand it, this requirement was dropped after our cruise. As far as I know, everyone passed.
Embarkation
5 out of 5
Embarkation was noteworthy in my case as there wasn't any checking in. I got my second Seapass before I left the ship π’ to go see the USS Constitution (Old Ironsides). Because of this, I flew through the terminal when I returned. For security reasons, I did have to get my bags π scanned. Still, this was a cakewalk compared to how it went on my first cruise π³.

Onboard Activities

I give this a middle rating because the fitness center stunk but the solo cruiser luncheons they did were wonderful.
Day Spa and Fitness Center
1 out of 5
They still had not fixed any of the broken exercise equipment during my second cruise. This meant, there was just 1 working aerobicycle out of 4 and a number of times, I had long waits for it - very annoying.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
I had the usual outstanding cabin steward. Also, the person in charge of the Diamond Club π did a great job.

Cabin / Stateroom

I found this cabin interesting because of its location. It was somewhat hidden though it was handy in that it was close to the Windjammer Cafe and the elevators.
Ship tip
On both my cruises, they did 2 special luncheons for solo cruisers. I don't know if they'll keep doing this but, if they do, take advantage of it. I really enjoyed these. I met some wonderful people.
I did a walking tour which ended up being an adventure thanks to the heavens opening up. Interestingly, there were supposed to be 26 of us but 22 backed out. They missed a great tour.
I wish Carnival would do solo cruiser luncheons. They have solo cruiser meetings, but the ones I've seen were always just at a bar, which I don't care for. I would actually go to a luncheon.
