Im legal resident of the US, with mexican passport, had to wait very long time, while they "checked upstairs" the immigration officer told me he does not understand what they were doing

we were told we are going to have a table for two for dinner, the table they assign us 415 was for 8 people, talking to the person in charge of assigning the tables, he ask me to go to the third floor for the rest of the cruise, we had a different table every night, which is no problem. The night of friday 21 it was a long line, when my wife gets to the person assigning the tables, he told her she didn't have a reservation and refused to give us a table, sending her to another long line. After dinner I ask the person why he did that if every night we were there, with a defiant attitude he said he had no reservation and left, I asked for his name, he he came back, took a piece of paper, wrote his name and again with very arrogant manner hand me the piece of paper with his name Faheem. Him and Adrian his poor judgement supervisor are the exception of all the nice and hard working people we interact in our trip
