Review summary

We had a wonderful time. Probably the most relaxing and stress free holiday we have ever had. Full credit to the staff on the Voyager. This was our first cruise and it definitely won't be our last. Already looking at booking the next one.

Embarkation

Staff at Sydney Overseas Passenger Terminal were fantastic. The process is fast and streamlined for the amount of passengers they have to process.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The food on the ship delicious and fresh. We had lunch in Windjammer everyday and the buffet was different everyday. The curries was very yummy. The buffet breakfast in the MDR was great. We had dinner in the MDR everynight, with a different menu everynight. The meals was excellent. Even my youngest who is a very fussy eater enjoyed her meals.

Children's Programs

My 10 year old was not a fan of the kids club, she attended 1 session and did not want to go back as all the did was play ball games and if you diod not want to play you had to sit quietly against the wall.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The staff on the Voyager are amazing and do a fabulous job. Our stateroom attendant (Gede Mantara) was fantastic and super friendly. He was always making sure we had everything we needed. He remembered our names after only 1 introduction, but not only our names but all the names of the guests in all the room he was looking after. Our MDR wait staff (Fe Mecado and Reginald Brillo) were brilliant. Our drinks were on the table waiting for use before we get there. There ensure my daugther who is a fussy eater was well catered for. Reginald even did origami with the kids every night to keep them entertained.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ship is well mainted and clean.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Cabin was great. Bit of a tight squeeze with the 4 of us but managable. Our stateroom attendant did an excellent job of keeping our room clean.

Ship tip

Take magnetic hooks to atache to the walls of the stateroom. It helps to hang stuff like sea passes and hats and back packs up and keep them of the floor.

Disembarkation

Excellent, well organised and efficent. We had our large suitacses taken away the night before. You are alotted a disembarkation time slot and venue to meet at. Once off the ship you collect your bags and walk through customs, very easy process.
