The staff was very good in seeing to what you asked for you got. Very helpful. Too much with people wanting to take your picture during dinner. Found that very annoying!

I loved Rome. Too much to see at this stop. Take your own excursion and see it yourself. Felt very rushed. Did not like the tour lady on the bus. Very RUDE. Her name was RITA! Also the tour excursions were way too much money! Also eat lunch on your own. The resureant had a horrible lunch.

Loved this place. This tour guide was the only one that was great, besides the off the bus tour guide in Rome. Loved France! The food was much better, and did not feel rushed at all. Good one to see.

Thank goodness I have been to Florence before. Did not like the tour guide. First of all the tour guide named DEDE was very rude as well. I did not like the lunch they served and where. They were not prepared for someone who was a vegetarian. I was asked before and the tour guide never came over to see if everything was ok. She did not care at all.Also the place was downstairs in a building and all you could smell was a musty moldy cellar. The tour was way too expensive. Need to cut the prices of the tours. My advice take the tours on your own, and would most likely see more if you had been there before. Also great place to shop and had no time to do that!

Too much money to see nothing. Long bus ride through windy mountains and cliffs. Would not go back there. The tour lady lost one of the lady's on the tour, and did not really care. Very crowded, and when she later found the lady she was very rude to her.
