Review summary

The art through out the ship is varied and interesting for people who like art for art's sake, for people who like art for its ability to suggest historical interest or significance, or both. Each of the various bars truly has a distinctive character. (The Pig & Whistle is vastly different from The Vault, which are each again different from either the Sky Bar or the Schooner Bar. This results from a deliberate effort by each bar's staff to create that unique atmosphere.

Ports of call

Costa Maya (Mahahual), Mexico

3 out of 5
The drinks are wonderfully strong at Banditos open air bar.
Don't Miss: Mayan ruins tour was very educational

Cozumel, Mexico

5 out of 5
Scuba diving- visibility at 25' was 75+ feet. General port is otherwise very tourist-y

Pros: The ship's staff, onboard activities, excursions

Cons: Mediocre food, lack of luck at bingo & casino, unusually rough seas in the Gulf of Mexico
