Food and Dining
The quality of the meals in the dining room were below par. We ordered once from room service and after 45 minutes of waiting\, the food was cold (frenchfries) and mediocre but we were too hungry and tired to send it back.
Entertainment
The shows were below par in comparison to other cruise experiences.
Service and Staff
Stateroom attendants were great. Aside from the 2 females at the buffet\, generally\, the buffet staff seemed indifferent and sullen.

The windows were dirty\, making it difficult to see out of to watch the whales.
Pros: Alaskan scenery and quaint artisan shops.
Cons: The food quality. The quantity of jewelry stores when we landed somewhere!
