We could not get the air-conditioning to turn off and we froze the whole time we were in our room. Bathroom was great, sheets were soft and the bed was comfortable .

No problem with the room. Nice size and we actually had a full view. (we received a free upgrade.) Decor was clean but a bit old. The cabin steward was fabulous.

Comfortable. Clean. The safety box was not used, as using our credit cards was skeptical and the box should be updated.

Perfect Alaska cruise! by JenJenny

It was a first for us to have a ocean view cabin. Normally we would have a balcony. It was a wonderful cabin, aft on the promenade deck. I loved having the promenade deck handy. It was a well laid out cabin in a good place on the ship. The only issue I had with it was a hammering sound in the middle of the night. I assume it was some repairs that for some reason they had the crew working on in the small hours. I thought it was a very strange decision to make on the part of the management.
