Very relaxing cruise. Not great for those who want to tour, but we needed a break. Only three stops and not all consuming.

Boring cruise. Change of ports was a terrible corporate decision. We choose this cruise because this was grandson's fourth birthday celebration . The family lives in New Orleans and we thought it will be convenient and fun. Customer service basically told me to accept it or cancel. If someone reads this, I will tell the name of the employee. Otherwise, I now understand that RCI is a waste of money and vacation time.

Considering it was not the itinerary we originally picked, it was a good cruise. The ship is basic, the food was great. The service was wonderful.

The crusie itself was very good. It was our first cruise and we enjoyed it very much. The staff from our room attendant to our dinner waiters were excellent! The staff was fantastik and bent over backwards to assure everything was perfect. The ship was very clean and the shows were great also. We will definitely cruise again with Royal Carribean.

Wonderful experience on Vision of the Seas, which is a smaller ship with a great atmosphere. The crew was absolutely first-rate and made the experience outstanding.

Was nice overall 4+ out of5 good time with the whole family Romeo and jede inparticular did a great job thank to you guys

Nice addition to the Panama Canal which was fantastic!

Pace was leisurely between visiting the ports and the cruising days. Many good bands to dance to. Dining room service was outstanding, friendly, attentive and conscientious wait staff. Head waiter attended to us and conversed with us, often.

Was disappointed in this cruise. too many days at sea, and port of calls were somewhat "weak" for sightseeing. Peddlers were annoying and in your face 3 & 4 at a time and would follow you down blocks to try to get you to buy something. Would not recommend this 17 day Panama Canal Cruise.

Smaller ship than we are used to. The food was nice but, not as nice as the larger ships. The Canal passage was wonderful.

Awesome cruise. Non-stop activities. Lots of fun. Cruise director Ste Davis snd Talita went out of the box to make the crossing a very special and memorable one. The crew was fantastic and made you feel as family. Great job!

The entertainment was very weak. As a long time, experienced cruiser, it appears R.C.’s focus is on catering to the masses and cutting costs. The customer value proposition has steadily declined over time. I am guessing your finance folks are running the show and cost cutting is the obvious focus. If you want to save money and ‘the waves” try reducing the paper you flood the staterooms with.

Too noisy due to placement of our room and almost missed our flight due to disembarkation was incorrect and unorganized

Vision needs updating. Carpets are old and cabins look dated. The food was much better last year when we sailed the British Isles. Mikonos and Santorini are ,frankly,over rated. Very commercialized and little to offer in historical sites. Was looking forward to Kusadasi,Turkey and instead got Mikonos. Try to book private tours,instead of cruise ship tours. Get smaller group and more to see as well as better guides.

Excellent cruise with very good meals and friendly staff

This staff was amazing, all the way to the captain who participated in many events including a rock night where he and the crew sang.

Very poor accommodation, Foods are not pleasure, Entertaintment at the teather was very poor,

Everything was very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only problem was shower in state room. very inconvenient to use.

Great ship, very clean, poor service and no involvement from management. (Even after We complained)
