This ship is small and older but has a big heart. What the ship lacked in amenities it sure made up with their crew. They really were lovely. I had a lovely time, but at times I felt the ship was boring, but that is just me, I'm forever loyal to Royal but the Oasis class is more for me. I would recommend the Vision, if you would like a quiet week onboard.

Ship experiences
Food and Dining
3 out of 5
It was fine no complaints, the nicest food we had was food that was cooked fresh on the heat plates in the Windjammer, the stir fry and pasta was the best and the chefs making them were the best.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
I didn't take part, but Talita doing all the Zumba classes and everything activities related was excellent.
Entertainment
3 out of 5
I am used to the Oasis class ships so in comparison I was lost as far as entertainment went, but that is comparing it to a much larger ship. If you like to go to bed early this ship is for you as entertainment wise things were very quiet after 11pm. Shows were ok, nothing spectacular tho.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
In fact it was the best !! The staff really were better on this ship than any other I have been on. One or two at guest services need to brush up on their personalities but other than them --- excellent
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
It is an old ship, taking that into account she's great for her age.
Cabin / Stateroom
3 out of 5
I was on deck 3, Cabin could be noisy at times (engine) but nothing too bad. Bed, unfortunately, was the worst I've ever had.
Ship tip
It is a small ship, very relaxing but at times boring, but if you like the quiet life then its for you. If you like late nights and to party, then this is not for you, the Oasis class ships is the one you need.
Mainly went on the Vision because I wanted to see New Orleans, I could not get over the number of scammers, homeless and drug addicts on the streets. If they kept to themselves that would be fine by me, but they don't. If you can get over that, New Orleans is pretty cool, but once was enough form me.
I always do a great excursion in Cozumel, We did ATV and they took us to a Zenote which was nice, I didn't care much for the actual port. Got served by the rudest girl in one of the restaurants. I missed Senior Frogs on the other port Royal stops at.
It's always nice to visit Grand Cayman, we did the Jolly Trolley bus, very short but it was cheap so there you go. Had a lovely lunch at Rackam's , you turn left when you get off the ship, a short walk down the road and it's on the left with a pier, you can jump from the pier in the restaurant after your meal or feed the fish, which is nice.
