The embarkation was excellent. All check in folks were friendly, helpful and moved everyone at a steady pace.

Main dining room was good. Most servers and assistants were very friendly and provided good service. Buffet in Windjammer was always good. All of the staff there was friendly, helpful and made everyone feel welcome. Even made balloon animals for kids.
Onboard Activities

We did visit the casino several times. Way too noisy and smoky. Used the jogging track on deck 10. It was very good except for the inebriated passengers that kept stumbling in front of me on the track.
Service and Staff

Room steward Miguel was great. he did a great job and always had our room cleaned before we came back. Waiters were also very good and attentive.

Common areas seemed clean and well maintained. Always saw crews cleaning railings and other areas.
Cabin / Stateroom

We had a superior balcony room. It was well appointed. Things we didn't like were very hard mattress, no clocks in room and could not hear captain's announcements in room. The room size was fine and usually very clean.
Ship tip
Be wary of people with sick kids and people who smoke. There were a lot of kids on board and many of them were sick. Also, a lot of smokers who smoked and vaped making breathing a bit difficult at times. Also, this ship was really listing and moving from side to side a lot, especially in the Aquarius restaurant where we ate most meals. Many people had a difficult time walking around and even staying in their seats.
We were all gathered like cattle in the Masquerade theater to debark when our number was called. Sick people, smoking people and crowds of people. Man in scooter ran over my wife's leg waiting in line. The customs portion was not a problem as everyone was very professional.
I was on the same ship everything was excellent. Found everyone (vacationers and crew members) very friendly! This was my first cruise and I was very pleased with the ship,services,shows,food and more. Casino...your allowed to smoke (I do not) but that’s expected in that area😉. Drunk vacationers well that’s expected too there’s bars everywhere lol but I didn’t see anyone that was out of control drunk.
