Like the title says...Many negative experiences. We also were told by that we would receive a $50. onboard credit, but we did not receive it. When we ask on the ship, we were told that it would be added to our account, but it never was and we were told to deal with .Although we did have a good time regardless, we probably won't sail with Royal Caribbean again or use for booking.

The boarding process went fairly good, but long lines. The worst part was we were suppose to depart at 4pm, but due to light fog, we stayed in port at Galveston until midnight. Not much open first night.
Food and Dining

Many choices with all the restaurants, but we found most of the food just average. Very limited choices later at night. Mostly leftovers from that nights dinner or greasy hamburgers.

Always some type of contest or activity going on. We tried to due as much as possible, but you just can't do everything. We did not lay by the pool due to the large crowds. Top sun deck was closed for two days at sea due to winds, so everyone was on one deck.

We enjoyed all the stage shows except for one, but only because it was not our type of entertainment.
Service and Staff

Most of the staff was very helpful. The customer service desk always had a long line and the staff seemed to be short and unattached when trying to get information.
The waiters and staff in all the restaurants were very helpful and accommodating. Once they learned your likes and dislikes, they went out of their way to please you.
Our room was always kept clean and organized. Although we only saw our room steward one time.
We also purchased two photo packages prior to sailing, but once we arrived to see where photos were to be taken, the staff could not tell us times or exact locations..as if they had no knowledge of the package. We cancelled the package and took our own photos.

All the areas of the ship seemed to be very clean and well kept. The bathrooms and restaurants were well kept all the time.
Cabin / Stateroom

For an interior room, we felt it had plenty of room and lots of storage. My wife is claustrophobic and was very comfortable with the size.
Don't get a room near the rear of the ship. Lots of vibration, but this applies to all ships.
Again, due to our delays and change of ports, we arrived into Cozumel on a Sunday evening and most everything was closed. The next day of shopping was good, but it is best to know what you wish to purchase and not just wander.
We had one terrible experience with one shop owner at the Forum. When we did not purchase and overpriced item that we liked, he became very aggressive and began cursing at us and followed us into the street. The only thing that stopped me from hitting him was the thought of a night in jail in Mexico.

The only reason I am rating this low is that we chose to disembark carrying our own luggage. The time was set for all doing this at 8am and things went quickly until we got to the kiosk to scan our cards, and I was told that I needed to go to the customer service desk and check with them about unfinished business. So after waiting in the long line again, the representative asked me why I was there. I explained that they sent me to see them, they told me that all was good and not needed. What could have been a 15 minute disembarkation turned into a one hour ordeal.
