The cruise was great for our first time. There was always plenty to do and staff were extremely helpful. The stateroom attendant kept the room very clean and organized and was always helping us with different items in the room.

We arrived early so there wasn't a lot of people, but the pier check personnel was slow and seemed lost on a few things....they didn't explain where to go next or what to do. Boat personnel were excellent on guiding you on the ship and towards different parts of the ship.

Food was excellent and fresh. I tried all areas (even the late night sandwich shop) and it was tasty and served a lot of food.

Dining selection included a wide variety of food and served it at a great pace (didn't have more than one item at a time). Service was excellent and very personable.

We enjoyed the pool, spa, hot tub, game room, social activities, team games, trivia, and many more. It was all fun, energetic, and a great time!

Our dining servers (Erickson/Yulius) were terrific and made our stay very comfortable. They were knowledgeable about the different types of food and would even tell us to get more food to make sure we had plenty. They especially made our anniversary very special!

The ship had a good layout even though they needed a few more bars or drink areas. Staff kept the area clean and was well-maintained.
Cabin / Stateroom

Our balcony cabin was comfortable and did not feel cramped (with the exception of the shower). The shower could be a bit bigger.
Ship tip
This is a smaller ship then others; therefore, it does not have a huge water park area. However, the swimming pools are good including the hot tubs.
We did the Mayan excursion and it was very good. The tour guides (Diego/Miguel) were extremely knowledgeable and gave a lot of details about the ruins.
We didn't do an excursion, but explored the city. There were plenty of shops and we went more in town to avoid costly prices. The shops help us find different areas such as a good restaurant and a beach.
