Cruise was good - but I would not choose Vision of the Seas in places where there are ships that is newer.
anytime dining was a bit caotic, do not understand why ...
Food was ok, but would not be a problem if they improved and went back to how it was.

When cruise staff gets irriteted when they are not able to pronounce country or cities or something else and they get corrected.
Not good - first of all they should be able to read english. ( this was people that had english as their mother tounge)
