FIrst Rate Cruise with RCCL

We got to spend two days instead of one in PV. We were thrilled to get to experience the night life! Our captain determined it was not safe to go to our first (cabo) or second (maz) ports of call, we went straight to PV and had so much fun! The first day we hit WalMart, the experience is entertaining for sure. Then we went downtown, walked on the Malecon, visited Sr. Frogs, ate lunch on the beach by the river and checked out a boutique hotel on the hillside of the Romantic Zone we have thought about staying at. It's worth checking out, Casa Isabel. That night we hung out at the bodeguita del medio, a cuban club with live music and locals salsa dancing! It was great, very entertaining and they had a great variety of cigars. The second day we took a taxi to Mismaloya, a lovely little cove where they filmed, "The Night of the Iguana," with Liz Taylor and Richard Burton with beachfront restaurants and bars with food that didn't make us sick and even a few places for massages!
