A terrible cruise ~ bad food & services

Sail Date: September 01, 2006

Traveled As: Large Group

Room Type: Suite

Ship is fine. It is more fun to sail on Voyager of the Seas or Norwegian Dawn.

Cons: staff provided wrong information in the daily itineraries & not enough food. No daily special at the lunch menus.

Cabin / Stateroom
One bar of soap for three people.
Food and Dining
A lot of time what is on the menu gets change.
The daily lunch special was omitted during the whole cruise.
The food is not that delicous.
Service and Staff
Ship Quality
Juneau, Alaska
Glacier must see.
Ketchikan, Alaska
This stop is the cheapest to buy sheepskin or warm clothing/hats/ear muffs/etc.
Skagway, Alaska
Good stop to buy souvenirs.
San Francisco, California
San Francisco was beautiful but the city tour was terrible. We took a four hour excursion of SF which we only got off the bus three times (less than 15 minutes each time.) One of the 3 times was a bathroom stop. It is best to sightseeing on your own.
