Review summary

The embarkation process was so bad that it nearly spoiled the entire cruise. But things got much better once onboard.

Met promptly at the airport than sat for 2 hours (some waited longer) for a bus to the ship. Then, once at the bus pickup point, waited another 30 minutes. Bags took 5 more hours. Meanwhile, nearly missed an excursion and the staff got nasty.
