Review summary

The crew on the Modi was very good. The program director was excellent and even made the trip more enjoyable. The food was very good and the stateroom was very good. We had a balcony but we were so busy we only sat outside a few times. Good local entertainment on board and the meals were above average. They included beer and wine at lunch and dinner. The dining staff was very friendly.Traveling the Danube was just beautiful. And the you saw one Castle after another going through Germany.

Ship tip

Try and get to the 9:00 entertainment a little early to get a better seat but there were always seats available.

We spent a extra day there.(we had also been there before). the canals are great to see and a lot of history with most of the city being below sea level
