We have been on over thirty cruise to date 97% with Thompson’s we have enjoyed most even when it went wrong all the good things out weighed the bad
We have now said that we will never ever waste any more money on a Thomson holiday
I will never darkened there door again
They don’t care about customer care anymore they seem to think they don’t need to bother

We were collect from hotel no problem
We were off loaded at the port where the coaches were unloading cases
Nobody could speak English they were directing us to leave our case with no cabin numbers or information as to who they belonged to
Fortunately the mini bus driver return to pick us up and transport us to the terminal
We were then forced to wait inside the minibus while two coaches and another mini bus off loaded
We were at the terminal building before them
I did complain but as is the norm with tui my complaint was ignored

Room steward our room never saw a vacuum cleaner for 4 days I dropped a corner (small ) of an envelope which was there for 4 days before it went
It was by the door to the balcony in full view

Cabin was ok sink in bathroom was cracked which I was surprised at that it had not been replaced
We book our holiday with times to suit us ie we were supposed to be flying home at 01.00pm giving us time to get up ready to depart at a reasonable time
Tui changed our flight forcing us to have to get up a 05.00am when you are on holiday just what you want
