Thomson were faultless in their execution of the cruise. All went well, the ship was fine, staff great, ports of call really good. For me it could get a little busy at meal times.

The food was good. The eating areas we visited: Buffet was busy a lot of the time. The food was varied and, much to my delight, well seasoned. Not always the hottest. Orion restaurant was lovely and the waiting staff attentive. Food in the evening was very good, breakfast less so, but still good. Kori La restaurant (cover charge applies) again the food was very good and it was a tranquil place to eat.

The ships company were, in the main, excellent. Only let down by one performance (rock night). We were also regaled by magician/comedian Martin Daniels on two occasions and he was very good.

Most of the ships activities, bars, shops were on one deck (8). Eating areas were spread about (Decks 9, 11, 4). Ship was clean and appeared well maintained.
Cabin / Stateroom

Couldn't fault the cabin. It provided enough space for our requirements and the bed was comfortable and big.
