this was our first cruise.we are very satisfied with the ship and crew.

We are a couple 64 years old and our first cruise in the United States even though we have lived here all of our lives. The ship is lovely and the pools are great. Our favorite was the back deck to relax and enjoy a drink and watch the wake disappearing into the distance. The Art auctions were the high light . With education as well as wonderful buys.

The entertainment and cleanliness of shiop was excellent. The staff was very personable and friendly. A little disorganized with tender use.

This is my 6th cruise. It was the most disappointing of all.

I'm impressed that a ship that large could afford us such personalized feelings. Much of that was due to excellent "table-mates" at dinner. Will not consider as large a vessel for future cruises.

The ship was state-of-the-art. Clean, well-appointed. Never got the feeling of being crowded or over-crowded.

This was our third cruise.Service was poor bcoz of company policy on tips.Staff was not interested to make our holiday great as in our earlier cruise with Royal carrebian.Service was impersonal.Princess saved money in docking and made shore excursion less enjoyable.Princess should evolve a policy on beer as they have for coldrinks.

This was our first cruise and were all pleasantly surprised with the experience. The ship was beautiful and well maintained, the staff was lovely and responsive, and the convenience can not be matched. We were with a group of 20 people with children aged 3-21 and two grandparents over 75. Everybody had something to do and enjoy and we also had enough spaces (on deck, in the lounges, etc.) to spend time together.

The ship was in good condition and very nice. There did not seem to be enough staff in the dining room. Also we had open seating for dinner, but were not told we would have to wait for a table.

The entire trip was well done, service, food, lodging as all satisfactory. Would high recommand this trip to anyone.

this was our first time riding with Princess cruise line, and the experience was great. They had excellent social staff for entertainment, wonderful dining room staff, and the list goes on. I enjoyed my trip very much and would recommend it to another cruiser.

We felt that this cruise was the perfect blend of relaxation and travel. Unlike a transatlantic crossing, the ports were buffered on either side by sea days. The main dining room food was fantastic (love the Norman Love desserts!), and service across the ship was stellar.

Older crowd on this ship for sure. The staff did a great job at knowing their audience and making sure the elderly enjoyed their time. Not many children on the ship which made it much more relaxing. Fun activities such as bingo, trivia, gameshows, the voice of the ocean, and even an escape room you can participate in for an additional small fee. Staff was friendly for the most part, some seemed annoyed to be working.

It seemed very long as we missed one port so the cruise seemed extra long. The internet was slow and unavailable a good part of the cruise so if you need it you’ll be disappointed.

First 3 days over are very chilly and no out side activities. Be sure to take warm clothes for first 3 days, a lot of people were buying clothes on ship to keep warm. The cruise was wonderful and weather on Islands were 75 degrees and sunny. I would recommend this cruise to everyone.

It was an amazing cruise, relaxing when you wanted, but with great shows, musical events, comedy shows, activities, and dinning! Would do again. We had no issues with illnesses while on board.

Very Good. Now for the rest of the story, I don’t care for the 50 character minimum.

Can’t blame Princess for the heavy seas, but we were rocking ten days. We don’t get sea sick, but some in our party spent days in their cabin. I like the layout of the ship, but is in dire need of an update. I feel Princess has cut back on some perks and the quality of the food was not that good. We were on this ship a year ago and I remember the food being better. Can someone answer this? Sail to Hawaii, but not have any pineapple in the buffet, or anywhere else.

Overall it was goode. I have never been on a bad cruise.

We really enjoyed a relaxing time. As always Princess went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. I could list a dozen staff members who pampered us like we were their favorite family members but in fact the entire staff were wonderful. We made new friends and can’t wait to cruise again.
