Nothing to do unless your rich or extremely old. No one our age and nothing to do. Most excuraions we wanted to do were sold out or cancelled. Was moved to C252 due to our room started pooring water in on us the first night while in bed gr3at way to start honeymoon, unknown water drenching you in bed

Cruise was excellent. Staff was outstanding. Special kudos to Racquel and Ritchie in Almafi dining room.

From the start everything went off like clockwork. The ship was beautiful and clean. It had a few bumps and scratches on the elevator doors. The Captain was awesome and extremely visible. His ship announcements were entertaining. The production shows were top notch. Good variety of food and was tasty. Overall it was a great cruise.

I enjoyed the cruise and will be planning additional cruises possibly next year on some other cruise lines so I have something to compare. I didn’t get the best price, perks or onboard credits but I learned a lot of tips from people I met on the ship for sure.

Great value and relaxing week. Sea days were great for me to unwind.

This run to Cabo with an overnight is a great itinerary. I love the fact that you get two days in Cabo. But this was overshadowed by the problems on the ship. The air conditioning on nearly every floor went out for two days during the peak humidity near Cabo. The food on the ship with the exception of the pizza and the burgers was very poor. Some of the staff are rude. And the drinks are overpriced.

Our 1st ocean cruise and it was very nice. The staff is wonderful, room very clean. Restaurants were good. Had a good time.

Got on with no problem, had a great time, got off with no problem.

Our cabin steward, Darwin Rodriguez, was truly exceptional. So too was our dining waitress, Zayda. The two formal nights are a joke. Princess does not enforce their rules on diners to wear anything remotely resembling formal attire. Really, anything goes, much to the detriment of those who adhere to their dress code. Some of us may be paying airline surcharges for bringing formal attire, and this is infuriating. It it past time to do away with formal nites, given lack of enforcement.

I loved my vista suite. Great Balcony, location, comforts of home.

This is my second Alaska cruise but the first time I visit Hubbard Glacier and Marjorie Glacier (inside Glacier Bay). These two days made the entire trip for us. I highly recommend itinerary! The Star Princess is an old ship but it is kept well. There is a lot of maintenance and cleaning in the common areas constantly. Its a smaller ship but it was just the right size for us.

We had a very nice trip. All staff on the ship treated us very well. We enjoyed sharing a table during meals with other guests and having nice conversations.

A good cruise thanks to the scenery. Had it not been for the fact that we were travelling with younger children, I doubt if I would have selected Princess for the cruise. Much prefer smaller shops like Azamara, Oceana or Viking. Also did not appreciate that you were "nickeled and dimed" for everything; to be charged for a soft drink at lunch or dinner was not good. Also, the price of tours booked through Princess were extremely high; went on our own and booked tours, many with the same companies the Princess uses, for much less. Seriously doubt if I would book another cruise with Princess.

I recommend this trip to anyone it was one of the best if not the best cruise I have taken

1. Would have liked to used the swimming pool but without steps to walk in or out of swimming pool found it difficult to use. the pool had only ladders to climb and out. And for someone who is mobility handicapped using a walker using ladders it is impossibly difficult 2. Water would turn hot and cold without warning while taking showers. Very uncomfortable when suddenly shower would turn icy cold and then without warning turn hot. Adjusting the control knobs was very difficult. I brought this up with the steward and also with Customer Service. They could do anything about it.

Trying to adjust the control knobs was difficult because moving the control valves would suddenly become either very cold or very hot. Told the captain of this problem on meeting him by chance on an elevator; got the impression he knew of it.

This was my 10th cruise with Princess but I will have to admit that the food quality has declined over the years - signs of cost saving on the Princess line.

We had a fantastic trip! All of the staff were wonderful and helpful. The ports were outstanding and we enjoyed our days at sea and glacier viewing. The only issue we had was that we never received train tickets for our trip to Denali. I found out from other guests we were missing them. The front desk helped me take care of the problem promptly and quickly.

Cruise was great. Princes took care of us. Was very impressed at the reception we received in Anchorage waiting on a late flight. Unfortunately I was not aware of what Princess would provide and wasted a lot of time planing my own logistics for the trip.

It was a very pleasant voyage and will do again.all staff with smile .
