Review summary
The service staff (room stewards, diningrooms) were outstanding. They really wanted to please you. The condition of the ship was disappointing since we'd been told that it had just been refurbished in 2017. Elevators rattled, the drawers in our stateroom wouldn't close, and interestingly, the exterior floors were very slippery. The Captain was very outstanding - very friendly; very experienced. Would love to sail with him again.Embarkation

Ship tip
This is an older ship and although they claim recent refurbishment, the ship does show its age. Walls, handrails have a worn look, chairs in the bars need repair and some were even dusty!
