Review summary
The cruise was amazing and more then I expected. I could write forever about our excursion but it would take forever. The only problem we encountered was the first night of rough waters, but after it was clear sailing. We were involved with the many events on the ship and clearly had enough to do. I have recommend this cruise to our friends and look forward to the future cruises. Since getting back home I put on several pounds which I have to work on and that's with working out everyday on the ship. If I tried to write anything bad about our experience I could not as all the personnel on the ship were exciting and made the trip enjoyable.

Quote from TERRI:
OK meant no disrespect to any LEO I do apologize if I offended the badge, but I feel RN and LEO in a foreign country are two different situations although most LEO are capable in assisting in any life saving situations, he mentioned feeling uncomfortable in general, if that's the case I have been to at least five other ports I recommend he stay away from, once again do apologize if I offended any LEO AND THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS AND SERVICE TO YOUR COMMUNITIES, THAT goes for all RN and EMERGENCY RESPONDERS and of course our GREAT MILITARY.
No disrespect was inferred
I was simply trying to express that, as an LEO, he unconsciously picked up on cues that indicate danger -- cues that may go unnoticed by others and cannot be easily explained -- such as a gut feeling.

Thank you for posting your review... and for your LEO service. It's kind of similar to how RNs and EMTs operate. We don't just shut off that part of ourselves regardless of our vacation status. I can't tell you how many vacations I've been on when there was a medical emergency situation I had to react to.
Glad to hear you had a great time! Happy Anniversary :)

Regardless of his authority in a foreign country, the OP (as well as any LEO) cannot simply "put the badge away". As an LEO he was able to pick up on cues that other "non-LEO" types might miss or dismiss. He may have had (more than likely had) good reason to be uncomfortable in Mexico.
To the OP - thanks for your review. I'm glad you enjoyed your honeymoon part 2.

Being in law enforcement, Hello your on vacation in a different country , you have no authority so put the badge away and enjoy , Ensenada is a bad place I agree. It was bad in 1999 last time I was there obviously time has not improved a thing. But it sounds like you had a great time and that's a good thing.
