Review summary

I love to cruise. Sometimes, the ship is the destination. I love this itinerary because of the port Loreto, which is still quaint. No Diamond's Int'l., no pushy sellers, great food and a beautiful old church. The town goes out of it's way to help you enjoy your day.

Los Angeles is one of my favorite embarkation/disembarkation ports. They are very efficient and helpful.

Large variety of things to do. I personally enjoyed any of the events the CD (Gary Golding) oversaw. He has a passion for his job, and it shows.

Service was outstanding. I found all personnel to be friendly and helpful. Some even made a point of remembering me by name.

Could use some outside paint....lot's of visible rust.

Cabin / Stateroom

Cleanliness was Excellent. The exterior of the balcony could use some paint, as there was a lot of rust on the exterior pipes. Being at the Aft of the ship, it was a quiet cabin. Some engine rumble on occasions, but nothing distracting.

Ship tip

If you don't have a good time, and want to blame someone; look in the mirror. Unless the toilets overflow, they run out of food or alcohol, you should have no complaints.
