Review summary

We had a fantastic trip! All of the staff were wonderful and helpful. The ports were outstanding and we enjoyed our days at sea and glacier viewing. The only issue we had was that we never received train tickets for our trip to Denali. I found out from other guests we were missing them. The front desk helped me take care of the problem promptly and quickly.

We got many mixed messages about boarding due to the extra sanitizing they needed to do on the ship. This resulted in us boarding the ship and then waiting for several hours before we could go to our room. We completely understood that, but it would have been nice to have been offered free beverages (non-alcoholic would have been fine) while we had to wait.
