I really, really enjoyed the sea days. It was so relaxing not having to worry about what time to go to bed or get up in the morning, eating whenever I wanted. The staff was so accommodating and helpful. What I didn't care for was stopping in Ensenada as one of the ports. This area is not safe and not at all representative of Mexico. The rest was practically perfect. I would recommend this cruise to anyone, particularly if you are 50+ years old. Enjoy!

We tried Sabatino's, which really wasn't very good. However, the Crown Grill more than made up for it. The steaks there were unbelievably tender and delicious. I also enjoyed grabbing those wonderful sandwiches and desserts from the International Cafe (although I do wish they would serve a better grade of coffee, like Peats or Starbucks). We ate most of our meals at the Horizon Court Buffet, which was pretty good (for a buffet). We did not eat any meals in the traditional dining room, so I cannot comment on that. We also ate the occasional pizza and burger at the outside eateries. Good!

Food was just OK. I did not recognize most of what was presented to me as being Italian food. However, the breaded veal was really good. Would not try again.

Every single staff person I dealt with was wonderful and helpful. Always smiling, courteous and professional. Our cabin steward was a delight.

The ship was always very clean, but it definitely needs an upgrade. We noticed that the decor was very 1980s. We had a mid-ship cabin on Deck 10 so it was conveniently located to just about everything.
