Review summary

As Platinum members of Princess' Loyalty program, we have come to know and appreciate the company's ability to provide quality service.  This ship is tired, constant plumbing problems and a really bad smell; the crew was lackadaisical. We loved the itinerary and haven't given up on Princess, but when it comes to the ship's overall management, we rate this at the bottom.

If you enjoy sailing with Princess, stick to the newer ships.  Princess has a good reputation.
