Not much at the port itself, but we took the Mayan Ruins tour to Chacchoben. Our tour guide was excellent, the busses comfortable...all in all a good excursion

Cozumel, Mexico

We rented a car on our own and drove all around the island. There are some "not so nice" areas, but we never felt uncomfortable or in danger, and enjoyed see ALL of Cozumel.

Cons: ended too soon!
