Occupancy: 2 guests standard - some sleep 3 or 4

Amenities: Two lower beds that convert to a queen-size bed a balcony private bathroom with shower closet flat-screen television radio safe telephone and a hairdryer.

Wheelchair Accessible Staterooms: M109 and M110 are 333 sq. ft. including balcony have metal balcony and partially obstructed views.

Please Note: Balcony door is blocked when upper berth is in use in staterooms B118-B119 and B122-B123.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted in staterooms or on balconies.

Our friends and I chose our Deck 17 joining, balcony cabins and willingly paid more for them. When boarding we learned that our friends were moved to deck 14 and we were moved to deck 9! Our cabin had lifeboats outside of it. We went down to customer service and was told it was 's fault and there is nothing they could do. We called who, after hours of hold time, blamed Princess. We went back down to customer Service who again, unempathetically, stated there was nothing they could/would do. Thank you for ruining the first trip my husband and I have ever been on without our kids (after 40 years of marriage.)

Change 3 time The whole trip the rooms had a lot of crakeo noise as a wooden boat could not sleep.
