Review summary

As this was our 7th time sailing on Regent we had very high expectations. While the ship (Splendor) was a terrific ship, the overall experience was well below our previous Regent experiences. We were disappointed that we were not able to visit Costa Maya and the entertainment was average at best.

Terrible!. Disorganized. Regent had everyone meet at their appointed time but they were very late diemabariing so it was very crowded and disorganized
