Review summary

If you must go with Regent avoid this ship at all costs. I have had better food on cruises that cost half as much. Going back to Viking.

Food was Golden Corral at worst and average at best. They had no clue re Italian food, the fare was so bad. Compass Rose has low ceilings and is so loud two large tables of drunks can ruin the room. I have tuna fish sandwiches room service two nights, not bad with a cold beer.

Closed for private parties two nights, it is only decent spot to get a pre dinner drink on this small and old ship. They closed it twice when the daily said it would be open normal hours, real garbage thing to do.Best place on limited ship to hang out. Band played songs for the living and dancing dead

The worst food on the ship, they could not cook to save their lives. Pasta and tomato sauce passes for a dish.The veal dishes and antipasta were so bad.

The pool, listen if you are of limited mobility leave your bathing suit home, getting in and out of the pool is a chore, I helped three guests climb out it has no stairs and is right out of the 1990's

Ship sounds like an old freighter. It vibrates so much that the stern where the entertainment venue is as well as one restaurant and two bars can be very uncomfortable. Ship is old, dated and needs to be sold to a mid to low level provider.

Cabin / Stateroom

Most cabins are the same basic balcony cabins, dated and worn out, thin thin walls between cabins. Nothing special, like I said old and dated ship all over.
