This was my 20th cruise and it was by fare the most disappointing in terms of things to do, food and overall entertainment options.
Embarkation
5 out of 5
It was a smooth chick process with facial recognition. My check in time was 1230. I was checked in at 12 and onboard by 1210 pm. Rooms were ready at 1pm aand bags at our cabins at 3 pm. Very smooth process.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
1 out of 5
Buffet bland, steakhouse was bland and steak was fatty, main dining room was alright but the staff was great even when the food was underwhelming.
Onboard Activities
2 out of 5
Overcrowded and one day the pool had to close before noon for the entire day when a child unfortunately relieved his bowels in the main pool. It was a sea day so it was really unfortunate to be without an outdoor pool access. And the solarium pool was hot and crowded due to that issue. Also our only stop was Perfect Day at Coco Cay and unfortunately due to the weather it was real brisk and most excursions were canceled. The water in the pools were ice cold and the beaches were no better. Many people went to have lunch and walk around before getting back on the ship.

Awesome
Ship Quality
3 out of 5
It’s a smaller ship so it was easy getting familiar with the deck plan. It only has elevators on one side of the ship (port side) and they can be a long wait to get one that isn’t crowded. The interior was clean and well designed. The exterior however showed lots of rust and need for touch up painting.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
I originally booked a guaranteed balcony and was assigned a cabin on deck 7. I did choose to bid for an upgrade and won a superior balcony that I actually loved. The balcony was huge and the cabin was spacious. It was an adjoining cabin but it was no issues. Lots of closet space and storage in the cabin. Very clean and the cabin steward “Anas” was exceptionally helpful.
Ship tip
Get to pools and hot tubs early cause they are small and few on board
