Review summary

All in all, this was a very enjoyable cruise. lots to do onboard and the staff was very friendly. The one complaint We had was that we prepaid our gratuities so we could enjoy the my-time dining, which allows you to eat whenever you want. But when got our seapass, it was written on it with a 8:00pm assigned dinner time. When we talked to the customer service on the ship they informed us that they had overbooked the my time dining and we would have to come at the time that was on our seapass, which was the 8:00 time. We were not happy. Every night we had to go over with the waiter why we didn't want the 8Pm time.  They really need to limit the amount of my time dining times to avoid this overbooking. Our cabin steward and staff were very nice and our twin 15 yr. olds loved the teen center. Entertainment was ok, would have loved to see more broadway type shows. Their cruiseline dancers and singers did ok, but the shows only lasted around 40 min.

Ship tip

For example: Remember it's YOUR vacation, just because the ship is at port doesn't me you HAVE TO get off the boat. Do what works for you, if your 'my time' dining doesn't work, then change it. If service is bad, SAY SOMETHING to a manager. And if someone is great, recognise them. :)

Bummer about the dining time mix-up; glad to hear it was still a good cruise overall.  Thanks for the review!

What ships need to do is to make flexible dining more available and allot more tables for it.  It is what many passengers want now.  I hate rushing back to make my early seating assignment when I am in Port.  But, after a long day in port, I don't want to have to go to the buffet either.  We usually do Flex time dining and almost always get the same servers.
