Review summary

Excellent trip from start to finish! We boarded around 2pm and our cabin was immediately available. Our cabin stewards kept things perfect - and treated us by name every single time that we saw them. This was our 5th voyage on Scarlet Lady - and we are ready to book our next. Food was delicious and the staff took extra care to be sure that each meal was perfect. As a frequent cruiser, I can’t say enough about the Virgin experience.

Food was excellent. Enjoyed Extra Virgin, The Wake, and Razzle Dazzle. Still wish (and have requested) that they add lobster as an option at The Wake. I like surf and turf - the raw bar option is not the same. I’d even be willing to pay extra for lobster! Other than that, food was very good!

Service is beyond compare. We traveled as mega rockstars on this trip which, I realize, enhanced the experience. However, as a frequent cruiser, the staff on Virgin just seem to like their jobs better and work harder to provide an excellent customer experience.
