Review summary

Worst Cruise ever! Booked us on deck 5 with our friends….when we got there, they had us separated on deck 10 and 9! Deck 5 did not exist for cabins! 😡What a joke! Moved us next to each other after Midnight😡after we were already unpacked! The key bracelets they gave us were a joke! Key cards are definitely better! The shows were disgusting!😡could never get seats together in restaurants…had to wait for 45+ minutes to get seats for 4, even tho we had reservations! They were NOT accommodating at all! Had to sit on bar stools one time just so all 4 of us could sit together…would NEVER go on VIRGIN again! Best cruises are still VIKING!

People who say the shows are disgusting shouldn’t be on the ship to begin with. Drag queens and happenings cast rocked. This review is cringe.

I think it’s a legitimate review. Some I spoke to were loving our cruise, others didn’t like it. I can see how many could even be disgusted. People on the same cruise can have wildly different experiences. Ours was mixed. Some parts we loved, other parts we did not. However, this was our first cruise and didn’t have other ones to compare it to.

There is a cabin #5288. It's an inside cabin, maybe that's why you couldn't find it. Sounds like this is a bogus review.

Thanks for sharing. Your claim of Deck 5 not existing for cabins is contradicted by Virgin's website and other resources including deck plans found on this forum. This gives your review zero credibility. Did you board the right ship?
