It was not the best experience for us. The app was not good at all, entertainment was pretty mediocre, food and staff were very good.

Food was very good, but making reservations for the specialty restaurants was very frustrating. We needed to go to seek help from customer service where the lines were very long.

pools were very crowded. We didn't do rock climbing or used the fitness center.

Didn't really like the stage shows plus we had to wait on standby to get in. The hypnotist was good. The latin band was very good, the couple from Barbados were good.

Nice beach but unfortunately it was extremely windy on that day and the waves were very strong so it wasn't pleasant to go in the water. The food given to us was just ok.
