Review summary

I feel Virgin tries to be different and they just miss the mark! The ship is very clean and nice. The staff is perfect and super nice. They play loud angry music in places it should be quieter. Any changes are sent to your phone and most of the time the app doesn't work. They had a sign after you are off the ship that you need a photo ID. This would have been helpful to put on the signs in the elevator. I know many people love it it's just not for us.

The bed is small and the way it's designed is more fitted for a teenager. No door on the bathroom and no electrical plugs.

The ship is not great at communicating with the guest. You are told to sign up for the time you want to leave. The ship had not cleared customs, so the line was long to leave. It would have been helpful to announce times and that the ship was clear.
