Food and Dining

My wife and I had a wonderful time on the Scarlet Lady on June 9th. We were impressed by the exceptional crew who made our experience truly unforgettable. The only downside I can think of was the long wait for food to be served from the various food spots in the Galley. There is no traditional buffet on the ship but servers take your order and serve you as many times as you want. The kitchen just seemed to be overwhelmed but the servers made the wait a bit more manageable with conversation. Don’t get me wrong the food when eaten was amazing. My favorite food spot in the Galley was the spicy ramen noodles. Agyu, Matt, and Jerkin, the servers at The Galley, were warm and attentive, and had excellent knowledge of the menu.

The Pajama Party and the Red Party were a great way to end our night. The Pajama Party was a fun and relaxed way to socialize with other guests, and the Red Party was a wild and exciting celebration.

We also enjoyed our time ashore in Bimini. We rented a golf cart and explored the island, and found stunning beaches with crystal-clear waters. We stopped at a local bar called "Island House," where we met the owner, Tom. He was welcoming and charming, and we had a great time talking to him. We also enjoyed a delicious meal at Joe's Conch Shack, where we had conch salad, conch fritters, and fried fish. We also enjoyed our time ashore in Bimini. Service and Staff

We were never too far from a bar to order drinks. Mitesh, the bartender at On the Rocks and various other bars around the ship, was creative and friendly, and made our drinks delicious. He even recommended a couple secret drinks not on the menu which amazed us. Other bar tenders we met were Edis and Fernando, at the Test Kitchen. These guys were passionate about their craft, and made our cocktails truly special. It was here that we felt VIP treatment as we sat at the bar table while being introduced to the various items on the menu by Macky. She was so attentive and knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. Finally, Dragos, the bartender at Pink Agave, was talented and creative, and made our cocktails truly unique. My favorite drink was the CRICKET. I won’t give away the ingredients but I’ll say this drink is not for the faint of heart. But I enjoyed mine and my wife’s because she refused to drink it.
