Review summary

At the end of the day, this cruise sucked. It was the worst cruise I've been on mainly due to the staff and the sheer boredom I had onboard. Thanks to the staff being completely clueless about direction, I missed my priority boarding, the vip lounge, and even an excursion that they threatened to not refund me on when I asked 6 people who worked for Virgin Voyages WHERE TO GO. I only found the right way because of locals on the island. Virgin tries too hard to be different when they don't really have to. Just keep the adults only, good food and beautiful ships and they would be amazing. There is a lot more that I have to say so if you haven't seen my full review on youtube I would highly recommend it. Just search MrBucketlist Virgin Voyages Review on Youtube. I don't think this is a bad line, I just had a horrible experience and it's unlikely that I'll sail with them again when I've consistently had great times on other lines.

Horrible. I bought the Splash of romance package which includes priority boarding and a special vip area. I wasn't able to use either benefit due to the staff not knowing where I needed to go (I asked 6 people) and the staff really not caring. I was yelled at to just sit down.

The food was the best part of the cruise. EVERY MEAL WAS AMAZING. All restaurants are included and it's so many to choose from.

Onboard Activities

Boring. I understand that this is an all adults cruise but during the day you have two options. Hang by the pool and drink, or workout, THATS IT. During the night time they had about one major show per night that they showed twice, then it was clubbing afterwards.

Entertainment

Cringey. Outside of the amazing duel reality show (just because of the great opening) everything else so hard to be different it came off completely ridiculous.

Service and Staff

Horrible. They had a carefree attitude about everything. If you have a problem onboard, expect to be forced to communicate through an app with management.

Beautiful ship but my smoke alarm went on while I was taking a shower which caused my floor to get evacuated.
