Review summary
I took my mom of the get away for her birthday. I have to say that most of the passengers were first timers. This could be why they didn't know how to act or dress. My question to Princess is why do you allow some people into the dinning room with shorts and swimwear one night and not the next. If you have a dress code you need to stick to it. Parents let their young children run wild through out the ship and the crew allow it. I go on a cruise to relax not dodge unruly children. The front desk staff and some boutique staff need to be trained in customer service. Rudeness is not the way to keep your long time cruises with you. The internet is just as bad on the Ruby as it is on the other ships. Princess you need to get better internet service. We had dinner at Curtis Stone Share and it was wonderful and well worth the cost. The sunset sail as a shore excursion was also great. Angel and his crew made it a wonderful time. The cruise staff made sure that everyone had a good time. The games and activities were a lot of fun. The line dancing classes were fun and quite the workout. The reason for a two is due to the rude treatment, rude passengers, and the unruly kids.

Ship tip
Have dinner at Curtis Stones Share. It is wonderful and filling. Get a window seat and the view is great especially at sunset.
